Sgt. Jason Harkins was killed in Iraq May 6th by a roadside bomb. His funeral procession was over 15 minutes long. People were lined up all up and down the highway with American flags as the procession rode by. It was given a police escort from Atlanta to my town, where Sgt. Harkins lived.
All businesses in town closed for this to pause for three hours. For more info, note me. |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. Which is what was happening when we went into Iraq, but it escalated into what it needed to escalate into.

And such a procession is a good way to give respect to the soldiers wo did fall for the country, and for the freedom.

The actual procession was amazing, there were so many people, it lasted for 15 minutes going up the road.
